Job Description
Job Scope To monitor, manage and educate students serving in-house suspension. To monitor, manage and educate students under the reintegration programme. To monitor and manage students sent out from class for time-out, and to educate them through restorative processes and teachable moments. To conduct proactive patrolling within the school to monitor and engage at-risk students To implement targeted SEL Skill building modules with selected students during TSR and CCE periods. Crafting and producing SEL Skill building modules. Provide additional support for student management in high-needs classes and other school requirements. Qualification Must come from a former uniformed service background (e.g., police, prison service). Should demonstrate a strong passion and disposition for working with at-risk students, along with a positive belief in their potential. Contract duration: 29 June 2026 to 28 June 2027, or adjusted accordingly Option to extend: 29 June 2027 to 28 June 2028. Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (subject to change by the School with prior notice) Minimum 4 hours engagement per day (subject to change by the School with prior notice) Working hours may vary depending on the school's operational needs and the number of students requiring intervention at any given time.
