Ready to help shape the future of aviation? Tasks We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Senior HR & Operations Manager to become the backbone of our internal operations. In this role, you will take ownership across the full employee lifecycle: from talent acquisition and HR administration to IT provisioning, procurement, and office management. As the go-to person for keeping the business running smoothly, you will build scalable internal processes, coordinate across teams and vendors, and create an outstanding employee experience while supporting the company’s continued growth.
