Position: HR Experts Type: Contract Compensation: $60–$80/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Construct scenarios across enterprise talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, and workforce planning at Fortune 500 scale. Build tasks involving enterprise HRIS at 5K+ to 50K+ employee scale ( Workday , SAP SuccessFactors , Oracle HCM Cloud ). Develop multi-country leave, benefits, and compliance scenarios ( FMLA , ADA , EU parental leave , APAC statutory programs ). Design enterprise total rewards programs including equity, deferred comp, and executive compensation. Author tasks on Fortune 500 DEI programs , organizational design, and M&A people integration; write rubrics that distinguish authentic enterprise HR judgment from generic guidance. Qualifications Must-Have 5+ years in HR , People Operations , Total Rewards , or Talent at a Fortune 500 or large public company, OR at a top-tier HR advisory or executive search firm serving Fortune 500 clients ( Mercer , Aon , WTW , Korn Ferry , Spencer Stuart , Heidrick & Struggles ). Direct experience with enterprise HRIS at scale and with multi-country workforce programs. Familiarity with Fortune 500 compensation philosophy , equity programs, and regulatory environments. Preferred Prior rubric, training-content, or HR enablement authorship.
