Scanspac, part of the Saint-Gobain group, is a leading European manufacturer of pre-mixed fillers for wall and ceiling systems. Our products are developed and produced in Sweden using high-quality natural raw materials, supporting professional painters and distributors across Europe. We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join Scanspac and strengthen the company’s commercial presence across selected European markets. About the role As Sales Manager, you will be employed in Scanspac and play a key role in driving profitable growth and developing customer relationships across your markets in the DACH countries. Working closely with the Sales Director and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to expanding Scanspac’s market position and delivering value to customers. Your responsibilities include: Driving sales growth through development of customer segments, channels, and geographical markets Managing and expanding the customer portfolio and identifying new business opportunities Developing and executing market and sales action plans in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments and translating insights into concrete actions Owning and following up on sales budgets, forecasts, and pricing structures Leading negotiations with customers – independently or together with the Sales Director for key international accounts Executing commercial initiatives in line with agreed strategies and budgets Coordinating product launches and support activities with Technical Marketing Handling claims and customer issues according to internal processes Your profile You have a solid commercial background and bring proven experience from B2B sales, ideally within paints, fillers, or related building materials. Experience working with own-brand or private label products is considered an advantage. You have worked with international sales and customer management and are comfortable navigating
