What You'll Do - Lead, Scale IT Operations and Own the overall IT strategy, infrastructure, and operational excellence of the company: Team & Operations Leadership Lead and manage the System Administrators team, setting clear priorities and performance standards. Own and continuously improve all technical processes across the company. Proactively identify gaps in tooling, infrastructure, and workflows — and implement solutions. Stay current on industry best practices and evaluate new technologies for adoption. Ensure constant Team development by working on their competencies • Hold 1:1 with team members Employee Onboarding & Integration Manage the end-to-end IT onboarding process for outstaffed employees, ensuring a seamless experience from day one. Coordinate with Recruitment and HR to ensure smooth handover from hiring to onboarding. Regularly gather feedback from employees and clients to improve the integration experience.
