BIM / Revit Engineer Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time, Office & Site-Based About the Role We are seeking an experienced BIM / Revit Engineer to join our engineering team. The role focuses on developing and managing BIM models, supporting design coordination, and integrating digital engineering workflows. Candidates with strong hands-on skills in 3D scanning, Revit modeling, and site-based BIM execution are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities · Develop and manage Revit models for MEP, architectural, structural, and process systems. · Convert 3D laser scans of existing facilities into Revit models for design and coordination. · Carry out site checking and verification to ensure BIM models reflect actual conditions. · Monitor site progress and update models to capture construction changes. · Produce and deliver accurate as-built drawings from coordinated BIM models. · Perform BIM-based analysis, including exhaust pressure loss calculations and airflow studies. · Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and data extraction directly from BIM models. · Conduct clash detection, coordination reviews, and model validation. · Maintain BIM execution plans, modeling standards, and data accuracy. · Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to integrate updates and resolve conflicts. · Provide visualization models and as-built BIM deliverables to support client handover. Requirements · Formal BIM / Revit certification or training (ITE / Polytechnic / Professional BIM courses). · Minimum 5 years of practical experience in BIM/Revit modeling for MEP or building services projects. · Strong skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; BIM360 or equivalent collaboration tools a plus. · Experience in 3D scan-to-BIM conversion of existing facilities is highly advantageous. · Ability to carry out exhaust/duct pressure loss calculations using BIM tools. · Proven experience in quantity take-off / BOQ preparation from BIM models. · Strong experience in sit
