Job Summary The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations, improving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring business objectives are achieved. This role focuses on strategic planning, process optimization, budgeting, performance management, and operational scalability. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals Oversee day-to-day business operations Monitor operational performance and KPIs Improve workflows, systems, and operational processes Manage budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation Lead and mentor operations managers and department heads Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives Drive productivity, quality improvement, and customer satisfaction Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans Support business growth, expansion, and change management initiatives Requirements 10 –15 years of operations management experience Proven leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
