Develop, organize, and administer tender documentation from preparation through submission. Track and control project costs, ensuring expenditures align with approved budgets and financial targets. Assess potential risks (cost, timeline, contractual, and safety) and implement measures to minimize impact on project delivery. Obtain and analyze quotations from subcontractors, comparing them against scope, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate project scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication to support smooth site operations and timely completion. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline. At least 2 years of relevant experience in cost management in building or civil projects. Prior exposure to HDB projects and tendering processes. Strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills with attention to detail. Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
