Job Responsibilities: As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to handle full F&B Operations which includes performing front-of-house and back-of-house duties, customer relations, people management, product quality assurance, cost control, and budget planning. Our Management Trainee Programme will train you to become a professional in F&B operations and once you mastered the skillset, you will be given management responsibility and further training to prepare you for higher management level. Job Requirements: Diploma and above Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply Demonstrates a good CCA track record with excellent leadership skills Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday (6 days work week) Personal Attributes: Self-Motivator with high energy level Have passion working in the Food & Beverage Industry Adventurous and able to work under pressure Possesses good communication and collaboration skills
