Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation • Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through digital channels. • Manage campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. • Reduce cost per lead (CPL) while increasing lead quality. • Coordinate with inside sales and field sales teams for lead conversion. 2. Performance Marketing • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns. • Manage advertising budgets and ROI. • Optimize campaigns based on conversion data. • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives. 3. Website & SEO Management • Improve website traffic through SEO. • Increase keyword rankings related to solar products. • Optimize landing pages for higher conversions. • Monitor website performance and user experience. 4. Content Marketing • Develop blogs, videos, case studies, and educational content. • Support dealer and distributor acquisition campaigns. • Build content strategy around solar awareness and customer education. • Coordinate with video and creative teams. 5. Social Media Management • Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. • Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility. • Build employer branding content. • Monitor customer feedback and online reputation. 6. Marketing Automation & CRM • Manage lead nurturing workflows. • Integrate digital campaigns with CRM. • Track customer journey from lead to sale. • Implement email and WhatsApp automation. 7. Analytics & Reporting • Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. • Prepare management dashboards. • Analyze campaign performance. • Recommend improvements based on data. 8. Dealer & Distributor Marketing Support • Generate dealer acquisition leads. • Support ASM and RSM teams with local digital campaigns. • Run geo-targeted campaigns for dealer development. • Develop co-branded marketing programs. Requirements Education • MBA Marketing / Digital Marketing • BBA + Digital Marketing Certification • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience •
