Collaborate with team members to identify and implement test techniques that are effective and efficient in meeting organizational goals for product quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. . Work with development teams, stakeholders to ensure testability of product definition. . Plan test development and execution with effort estimation. . Analyze requirements and user needs and create test script. . Identify and implement tooling, frameworks, and dashboards for automated testing as needed. . Craft Manual and Automated tests and test plans to ensure proper test coverage. (Feature development testing, Exploratory Testing, Requirement verification Testing, Regression testing, Build acceptance testing, etc..) for Front end and Back-end testing of Web, App, Device. . Perform exploratory test with user interface to ensure proper test coverage beyond scripted tests. . Use effective methods / practices that embrace the full software lifecycle. . Extend/improve current automated test suite. . Define and implement informal and formal V&V, identify defects, triage issues, help determine root cause, track issues to completion, and craft test reports. . Creation of Test plan, Test
