Overview: This role involves coordinatingmanpower, monitoring progress, and supporting quality checks for successfulproject delivery Your Role: Supervise and coordinate all mechanical works at the construction site, including equipment installation, alignment, and testing. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Monitor daily progress, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization to meet project timelines. Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Liaise with engineers and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and implement design changes. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, punch lists, and assist in material tracking. Ensure proper handling and installation of mechanical equipment, piping, and related components. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Support pre-commissioning and testing activities as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director About you: Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. 8 years of relevant experience across Data Centre / Telecom projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment installation Understanding of modular construction will be an advantage Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.). Experience in site coordination and working with multicultural teams. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
