As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives. Job Responsibilities • Design and implement an Option Market Making and Volatility execution platform across the trading stack • Develop and optimize performance-critical C++ (C++17/20) components with low-latency focus • Build low-latency, high-throughput systems handling real-time market data and order flow • Design and implement trading controls and risk management safeguards within the execution platform • Execute creative software solutions, system design, development, and technical troubleshooting beyond routine approaches • Develop secure, high-quality production code; review, debug, and raise code quality across the team • Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to translate strategies into resilient production systems • Write robust, well-tested code for high-availability production environments; improve operational stability • Drive architecture decisions and technical improvements (performance, resiliency, scalability, maintainability) • Drives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes (e.g., AI-assisted code review/refactoring, test strategy acceleration, incident/root-cause analysis support), while establishing consistent validation standards (secure coding, peer review, automated testing) and promoting reuse of effective patterns across the te
