Job Description
Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules. Process sales orders, customer records, and order amendments in the system. Coordinate with customers, factories, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure timely order fulfilment and shipment. Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and support Letter of Credit (LC) documentation. Monitor order status, payments, claims, and sales reports while providing timely updates to stakeholders.
