The Difference You Will Make: The Host Communications Channels Lead will execute the day-to-day operations within Airbnb’s central learning and communication platforms for over 5 million Hosts worldwide. In this role, you’ll operate and optimize content management systems and internal content workflows for host in-app messaging, email, and the Resource Center. The ideal candidate will bring a structured, process-oriented approach, attention to detail, and experience collaborating with both technical and creative teams. Your operational expertise will help deliver meaningful learning experiences for hosts while supporting Airbnb's broader communications goals.
