Job Description
Preparing and processing sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and quotation. Maintaining customer records in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or sales databases Coordinating communication between the sales team and other departments (e.g., accounts and warehouse) Supporting onboarding of new sales team members Acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, delivery, etc. Following up with clients on order status and satisfaction Ensuring timely delivery of products or services Updating sales content and documents Requirement Outgoing and persistent personality Excellent phone manner. Basic computer skills - Microsoft word / Excel / Power point and etc. Good communication skills , outgoing, friendly, hardworking, independent without supervision.
