Job Overview Our client looking for an AI Manager / AI Architect to lead the company’s AI development and digital transformation initiatives across retail and business operations. This is a newly created headcount as the company aims to develop AI capabilities to improve efficiency, automate internal processes, and enhance existing workflows and SOPs. The role will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution by designing scalable AI frameworks, defining technical roadmaps, and working closely with internal stakeholders to deploy practical AI solutions across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of the company’s AI strategy, roadmap, and digital transformation initiatives. Design scalable AI frameworks, architecture, and solutions to support business process automation, workflow improvement, and operational efficiency. Review existing business processes, SOPs, reporting, planning, and fulfilment workflows to identify areas for AI adoption, automation, and digitalisation. Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions, technical designs, and implementation plans. Oversee the full AI lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Work closely with internal stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance, Retail, Logistics, and other business units to understand business needs and drive AI adoption. Manage AI-related projects across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term sustainability. Lead and coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Establish AI governance frameworks and ensure compliance with PDPA, data protection, cybersecurity, internal controls, and relevant governance standards.
