Contract Period: from 3 Aug 2026 to 19 Nov 2027 Services Required: Investigations & Case Support Assist with preliminary investigations, interviews, evidence gathering, and incident reporting. Obtain statements from students and witnesses where necessary. Update parents on investigation progress and outcomes. Detention Management Supervise Behavioural Detention Classes (BDC) and Corrective Work Orders (CWO). Ensure completion of assigned detention tasks. Follow up on students who miss detention. Ensure detention activities are constructive and developmental. In-House Suspension Support Assist in managing students removed from class, on internal suspension, or absent from lessons. Support learning continuity through coordination with form teachers. Administrative Support Maintain records of late-coming, offences, and interventions. Compile discipline statistics as required. Monitor student reporting channels and maintain confidentiality. Review detention, late-coming, and corrective work processes during school holidays. Other Duties Perform any other student management-related administrative or operational duties assigned by the school. Requirements: Relevant experience in restorative practices and behavioural intervention, with the ability to manage challenging student situations calmly and effectively. At least three (3) years of experience in a uniformed service (e.g. Police, Prison Service, or equivalent), including involvement in youth-related case investigations.
