Job Description
Responsibilities • Support the department in project tracking, workplan consolidation, risk/issue monitoring, and preparing updates for management review. • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards for management reporting and decision support (projects, risks, budgets, asset lifecycle, audit status, etc.). • Ensure consistent project and inventory reporting. • Track security deviations, asset EoS/EoL, and compliance actions, alerting Leads/PMs on required follow‑ups. • Provide management support to the OpTech Office in MDOTS IT documentation, inventory management, audit readiness, budgeting, and operational planning. • Collate and maintain the central inventory of MDOTS and entity‑managed IT systems. • Consolidate project progress trackers and updates across all OpTech teams. • Serve as Secretariat for OpTech governance platforms including: • IOMT Governance Committee • IOT Governance Meetings • Conduct sampling checks to validate alignment across multiple reports (e.g., patching, vulnerability scanning, CMDB, inventory lists). • Facilitate audit preparations, clarifications, and submission of required documentation. • Maintain departmental MS Teams Channels and SharePoint Online workspace, including policies, SOPs, organisation charts, media, templates and reference materials. • Act as the Point‑of‑Contact for OpTech organisational chart updates and intranet content. • Collate and monitor annual workplans and related budgets for department. • Track MDOTS compliance reviews and consolidation requirements for OpTech submissions. • Represent department in organisational duties or assignments (e.g., Fire Warden for designated office zones). • Support logistics, documentation, and secretariat functions for meetings and committees. Requirements • Bachelor / Diploma in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Programme/Project Management, PMO, Work Planning, or Management Support. • Past experience
