Job Description
Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff augmentation-related inquiries from internal teams, clients, and external partners. • Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage escalations and ensure overall client satisfaction. • Ensures compliance with client contracts, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. • Manage and deliver reporting cadences for internal stakeholders and clients, providing insights and visibility into delivery performance. • Collaborate with Sales to support new opportunities and expand existing engagements. • Partner with internal and external business leaders to advise on staff augmentation recruitment and resourcing strategies. • Identify opportunities to leverage technology that enhances efficiency, create processes and standards for selection, implementation and support. • Provide leadership and oversight in administering company policies, ensuring consistent application across engagements and projects. • Drive continuous improvement through process reviews, performance analysis, and operational best practices. • Monitor labor market trends, best practices and regulatory changes, integrating them into internal policies and workflows. • Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure timely and quality talent delivery. • Oversee the financial performance of the staff augmentation function, including P&L management, invoicing accuracy and collections. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field • At least 5 years of relevant experience in staff augmentation or workforce solutions • Strong project management skills with the ability to work under pressure • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills • Proven ability to build relationships across multiple functions and organizational levels • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to pr
