ELV Project Engineer

Job Title: ELV Project Engineer Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 (Based on Experience) Location: Tanjong Pagar Work Schedule: • Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm • Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm • Monthly Rest Days: 4 Days Responsibilities: • Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, parking management systems, building management systems (BMS), wired/wireless networks, and intercom systems • Coordinate with the main contractor, M&E teams, and other stakeholders on cable tray routing, cable installation, and system integration works • Ensure construction drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation comply with project requirements and Singapore regulatory standards • Manage subcontractors, site workers, and installation teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule • Prepare Method of Statement (MOS), Risk Assessment (RA), progress reports, and other project documentation for submission to consultants and clients • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues during project execution Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in ELV system project execution and subcontractor management • Experience with CCTV, access control, parking management, network, and building management systems • Familiarity with brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, HID, Lenel, Bosch, or Honeywell is preferred • Proficient in AutoCAD for updating construction and as-built drawings • Good understanding of Singapore SS 540 and SS 645 standards • Possess a valid BCSS (Building Construction Supervision Safety Course) certificate • Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Additional Information: • Interview: To Be Confirmed • Work on a prestigious Iconic Super-Tall Development Project at 8 Shenton Way About the Company: • Established Constructio
