Job Title: DEX Analyst / Experience Lead Monthly Salary: $9,500 – $12,500 SGD Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Roles & Responsibilities Translate DEX telemetry into prioritized actionable improvements Own persona-based experience KPIs (login time, application response time, crash rates) Define and measure digital employee experience success metrics Conduct deep-dive analysis of poor experience episodes Collaborate with engineering teams to remediate experience issues Present experience insights to business and IT leadership Benchmark DEX scores against industry standards Drive adoption of DEX insights into operational processes Lead employee experience surveys and correlate with telemetry data Develop experience improvement roadmaps and track progress Establish thresholds and alerting for experience degradation Advocate for employee-centric design in IT projects Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field Minimum 7 years of experience in IT analytics or digital experience management Deep understanding of DEX platforms (Nexthink, Lakeside, ControlUp) Strong data science background with statistical analysis skills Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) Understanding of end-user computing technologies and persona analysis Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven track record of improving digital employee experience Experience with survey tools (Qualtrics, Medallia) is a plus Singaporeans and PRs are encouraged to apply.
