Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Germany Location Mannheim or Bochum, Germany Reporting Line Direct report to the Group HR Director based in France. About the Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our German subsidiary of approximately 60 employees across two sites located in Mannheim and Bochum. As a key member of the HR function, you will act as the main HR point of contact for local managers and employees, ensuring effective HR operations while supporting business growth and employee engagement in compliance with German labor law. Key Responsibilities HR Administration In coordination with the team lead of Admin & accounting based in Bochum: Manage all HR administrative activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, amendments, certificates, and employee records Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of HR data and personnel files in compliance with German legal requirements and GDPR regulations Coordinate employee benefits administration and liaise with external providers where applicable Prepare HR-related documentation and reports for management and Group HR Support monthly payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and ensuring t
