Orchid Country Club Gymnastics Center Key Responsibilities - Conduct safe, structured, and engaging gymnastics classes for children aged 3 to 12 years - Teach fundamental skills including body awareness, balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination - Ensure strict safety standards and proper use of equipment at all times - Supervise students, maintain a positive learning environment, and manage class discipline - Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child’s progress and attendance - Assist in setting up and maintaining gym equipment and facilities - Follow the academy’s curriculum and coaching guidelines 🎓 Training & Development - Comprehensive in-house training provided — no prior coaching qualification required for trainee positions - Structured coaching methods, safety procedures, and skill progression training - Ongoing mentorship and guidance from senior experienced coaches - Clear career progression path: Trainee → Junior Coach → Senior Coach 📋 Requirements - Passion for working with children and interest in gymnastics/sports - Energetic, patient, responsible, and enthusiastic - Good communication skills (English; Chinese language ability is an advantage) - Willingness to learn and commit to professional development - Prior experience or gymnastics background is preferred but not mandatory for Trainee Coach role 💼 What We Offer - Competitive salary based on role and experience - Full training provided - Supportive and friendly working environment - Opportunities for skills upgrading and career advancement Whatsapp us 93856449
