About Mahmud's Tandoor Mahmud's Tandoor is a fast-growing Indian-Pakistani fast food restaurant in Singapore, serving authentic cuisine through dine-in, takeaway, and delivery channels. We are seeking a Business Logistics Coordinator to support our daily operations by managing inventory, procurement, logistics coordination, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Stock Management Monitor daily inventory levels for food ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies. Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks. Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) inventory practices. Coordinate stock replenishment to ensure uninterrupted restaurant operations. Procurement & Supplier Coordination Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with approved suppliers. Verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices. Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules. Assist in sourcing alternative suppliers when required. Operations & Logistics Coordination Coordinate inventory requirements with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Support production planning based on sales forecasts and demand trends. Ensure availability of packaging materials and operational supplies. Coordinate logistics for takeaway and delivery operations. Cost Control & Reporting Monitor food costs and inventory variances. Assist in tracking wastage and implementing cost-reduction initiatives. Prepare inventory, procurement, and logistics reports. Support management in analysing operational performance indicators. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and storage standards. Maintain proper documentation of inventory and procurement activities. Support operational audits and compliance reviews. Requirements Education Diploma or Degree in Business Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Minimum 1
