Job Description
Job Scope Support the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programmes across Asia and Oceania markets. Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking and market analysis using external survey data and reward reports. Assist in annual salary review cycles, including data validation, salary proposal preparation and reporting. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure consistent application of reward policies and processes across multiple countries. Maintain and analyse compensation data using Excel and HR systems to support decision making and reporting requirements. Identify opportunities to improve reward processes, support new initiatives and contribute to regional projects as assigned. Requirements Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits. Exposure to salary surveys, benchmarking tools or reward frameworks would be advantageous. Experience within MNCs, FMCG companies or consulting firms would be an advantage.
