There are currently 60+ of us working remotely from all around Europe, united by our mission to make psychotherapy accessible to everyone in need. In 2025, we facilitated over 300,000 therapy sessions, and we’re just getting started. Roman (our COO) is looking for a Head of Performance to own our paid acquisition end-to-end, with a sharp, modern approach to the craft. 🚀 Your mission Own the full performance marketing function across our CEE markets, from strategy through execution to results. Run and optimise paid channels (Meta, Google, and beyond) with a clear focus on sustainable CAC and growth. Use AI tools as a natural part of how you work, whether for creative testing, audience analysis, reporting or iteration. We’re looking for someone genuinely fluent here, not just curious. Be the critical layer between data, AI outputs and real decisions. You know when to trust the signal and when to question it. Work cross-functionally with product and content to connect paid performance with the broader funnel. Help shape what this function looks like as Hedepy scales, including if and when we build out the team. Requirements 💡 What we're looking for in you Must-have: 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with direct ownership of results (CAC, ROAS, budget). Proven experience running campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads at meaningful budget scale. Proven experience in building AI agentic systems and programmatic automation (e.g., Claude Code, API integration) beyond standard chat-based interactions. Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret campaign data, identify patterns and make fast decisions independently. Strategic "Player-Coach" mindset: comfortable operating as a solo contributor while taking full responsibility for agency management, future team design, and recruitment. F
