We are seeking a Workforce Strategy & Planning Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that align workforce composition with business goals and long-term growth strategy. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, FP&A, and business leadership to define workforce targets, optimize organizational design, and build scalable planning processes that improve agility, efficiency, and business performance. <span data
