Proudly Australian‑owned, were 700+ people strong and continuing to grow. We're looking for a detail-driven Senior Financial Accountant to join the Fyfe Finance team in a fully remote capacity. Based in Manila and employed through our partner agency in the Philippines, you'll play a key role in keeping our finance operations running smoothly for our Australian engineering consultancy. What you'll be doing Lead the end-to-end month-end close process, including journals, accruals, prepayments, provisions, reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, fixed asset accounting, and lease accounting in line with AASB/IFRS standards. Prepare accurate monthly financial reporting, including revenue recognition, management reporting packs, variance analysis, board reporting support, and ad hoc financial analysis. Maintain strong balance sheet integrity through timely reconciliations, clearance of reconciling items, and preparation of audit-ready workpapers and statutory reporting support. Drive process improvement and system optimisation, including SOP development, automation of finance processes, ERP enhancements (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), and implementation of controls. Support compliance, audit, and governance requirements, including BAS/GST, FBT, income tax provisions, internal controls, and timely resolution of audit queries. Collaborate with key stakeholders across Finance, Payroll, and the broader business.
