This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Legal Intake Assistant to support their growing legal practice by managing client communications, intake processes, and lead follow-up activities. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients. Conduct initial client intake conversations and gather relevant information. Qualify potential clients based on established criteria. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions. Follow up with leads and prospective clients in a timely manner. Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments. Enter and update information within the firm's CRM systems. Communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients. Assist with administrative and intake-related tasks as needed. Provide compassionate and empathetic support during client interactions. Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure a seamless intake process. Help improve intake workflows and client communication processes. Requirements Previous experience in legal intake, client intake, or client-facing administrative roles. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Strong phone presence and customer service skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients. High level of organization and attention to detail.
