The Role As the Lead Associate, Community Impact, you’ll be integral to our work in helping vulnerable children achieve a brighter future. You will drive integrated strategies that help vulnerable children and families achieve brighter futures, with a particular emphasis on rural communities. You will lead community engagement efforts; build and sustain cross‑sector partnerships among schools, employers, workforce and food access organizations; and convene local working groups to identify gaps in education, workforce, and basic‑needs. Through assessments, community‑driven planning, advocacy, outreach, training, and technical assistance, you will strengthen local capacity and cultivate durable collaborations that ensure children and families have the academic, economic, and nutritional supports needed to thrive. May be subject to change Program Implementation & Operational Support (40%) Mobilize, educate, and motivate members of the community to analyze and address social and systemic barriers to children’s education, health and wellbeing. Build and sustain partnerships across sectors, including schools, higher education institutions, employers, workforce agencies, community-based organizations and food security providers.
