In this role, you will work on architecting Data Protection, Analytics, Storage, Virtualization, Database, and Cloud solutions for our customers to support Cohesity's growth. This critical role will have close interactions with Cohesity Sales, Customers, Engineering, Support, Product Marketing, and Partners! HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE: Support the renewals sales team in achieving renewal and retention targets. Engage with customers to understand their current environment, business challenges, and future requirements. Conduct technical discussions, solution reviews, and product demonstrations during the renewal cycle. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with account managers and sales teams. Assist customers with product positioning, licensing, architecture discussions, and best practices. Coordinate with support, professional services, and product teams to address customer concerns impacting renewals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and data protection solutions. Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Work closely with large enterprise customers in Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Greater China.
