Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: Various locations across Singapore Salary SGD $3,800 – $4,100 per month Job Description Jade Integrated Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, manpower deployment and client relationships. Responsibilities Manage and supervise cleaning operations across multiple sites. Plan manpower deployment and ensure sufficient staffing levels. Conduct site inspections and ensure service quality standards are maintained. Liaise with clients regarding operational matters and feedback. Train and guide supervisors and cleaning staff. Handle staff scheduling, attendance and replacements. Prepare reports and maintain operational records. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene requirements. Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently. Requirements Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply. Diploma or Degree qualification preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning, facilities management or operations management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Possess a Class 3 driving license (preferred but not mandatory). Willing to travel to various work sites across Singapore. Working Hours 6-day work week.
