Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: Various locations across Singapore Salary SGD $3,800 – $4,100 per month Job Description Jade Integrated Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee daily logistics operations, driver coordination and client requirements to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily logistics and delivery operations. Coordinate and deploy drivers to meet operational requirements. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs. Liaise with clients regarding operational matters and service requests. Handle manpower planning and ensure adequate staffing. Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions. Monitor productivity and maintain operational records and reports. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures. Train and supervise drivers and logistics personnel. Support business development and operational improvement initiatives. Requirements Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply. Diploma or Degree qualification preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation or operations management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license. Familiarity with route planning and delivery operations will be an advantage. Willing to travel to various locations across Singapore. Working Hours 6-day work week. May be required to work weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements.
