Our client is an established international luxury fashion house with boutiques in Singapore's premier retail destinations. We are recruiting on their behalf for Client Advisors across two locations in Orchard Road. This is a permanent, full-time position with a compensation package comprising base salary, individual commission, and store commission. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sales & Client Management Achieve individual KPIs including sales targets, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), and conversion rate. Build and develop a loyal client base through personalised service, consistent follow-up, and CRM initiatives. Acquire new clients into the brand's CRM database and maintain regular, meaningful engagement. Contribute to daily and weekly sales reporting to the head office where required. 2. Store Presentation & Visual Merchandising Maintain a clean, neat, and well-presented store and stockroom at all times. Ensure products are properly stored, organised by name, SKU, and size. Ensure new arrivals are displayed and merchandised in a timely and attractive manner. 3. Stock Management Keep the stockroom neat and accessible to support efficient customer service. Accurately record all stock transfers in and out of the store to minimise stock loss. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, luxury fashion, beauty, hospitality, or a customer-facing service role. Strong communication skills with business-level English proficiency. Customer-oriented with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service. Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work under the pressure of individual sales targets. Able to work rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, full shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
