Job Description
Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repairs for building facilities, including doors, taps, lighting, lifts, painting, and landscaping. Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues as needed. Carry out ad-hoc maintenance and repair works. Requirements: Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma qualification. Minimum 2 years of building maintenance experience preferred.
