Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all sections. Deliver comprehensive table service, including order taking, food and beverage recommendations, and guest engagement. Handle guest relations professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure. Supervise table allocation, coordinate service flow, and support delivery/takeaway operations where required. Operate and monitor POS systems for order processing, billing accuracy, and closing procedures. Requirements: Proven experience as a Service Captain or similar role in a in a fast-paced F&B environment. Strong background in customer service with confidence in handling guest feedback and resolving issues. Familiar with reservation platforms (e.g., Chope) and POS systems. Good leadership skills with the ability to guide junior service staff.
