Job Description
Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and M&E subcontractors to meet project timelines and requirements. Provide technical guidance to ensure works comply with authority regulations and contract requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules. Prepare M&E master schedules and identify critical milestones and authority inspections. Track project progress, performance, and deliverables against the project plan. Identify, record, and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary. Prepare and submit project status updates to management. Ensure project execution stays within the approved budget. Update management regularly on project progress. Participate in tender preparation and evaluation. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Requirements: Degree or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or a related field. At least 10 years of local experience in managing M&E construction projects.
