Job Description
Support Engineer (Display products) Support the Service Manager in preparation of weekly and monthly service reports. Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure smooth and efficient daily service operations when required. Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of copiers/ multifunction printers (MFPs) and smart office solutions. Support engineers in troubleshooting hardware issues (machines, networking, peripherals) REQUIREMENTS Diploma in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related discipline. Experience in copier/ MFP servicing, print solutions, or office automation systems.
