ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Maintains and advances business partnerships with senior mission managers by providing substantive guidance and leading changes that ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of services. 2. Independently anticipates needs and identifies problems and the short-and long-term consequences for the client, component, directorate, Agency or Intelligence Community. 3. Establishes effective working relationships with senior leadership within the DIA and across the Intelligence Community to advance enterprise level goals and strategies. 4. Liaises with leadership from other directorates, Commands, and agencies to encourage the seamless integration of updated or new IT products, services, and/or processes across the enterprise. 5. Establishes priorities and oversees the coordination of work across assigned projects or programs to achieve timely and positive outcomes. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Experience at Combatant Command, Sub-unified Command and/or Service Headquarters. 2. Experience with IT program/project management and ISSM/ISSO support. 3. Experience in translating complex IT ideas to shape Senior Leadership decision making. Individual Occupation Requirements All Applicants must meet the following minimum qualification requirements in order to be considered for this position: Requirements may be met either through Education and/or Experience and/or a combination of both. Education: All academic degrees and coursework must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions. The coursework must be either undergraduate or graduate and must include a minimum of 24 semester hours in one, or a combination of the following: computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management. Level/Education: GG-07 : One (1) full year of graduate level education; or Bachelor’s degree with superior academic achievement GG-09: Master’s degree or equivalent graduate degree; O
