AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers - Experience in environmental compliance and permitting, waste management, contractual, regulatory, and liability assessments, environmental permit evaluations and applications, EIAs and water discharge requirements - Bachelor's degree in environmental science, chemical or environmental engineering, or related field with 7+ years serving as an environmental technical resource, compliance specialist, or program manager. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with experience in environmental reporting, documentation, environmental investigations and developing corrective actions. - Ability to work under pressure, handle regulatory deadlines, with strong organizational and time management skills. - Strong communication skills in German and English with the ability to collaborate with various departments, external stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies. - This role requires you to be a national of an EU member state.
