As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will leverage your expertise to manage a team and optimize efforts across SEO, paid ads, email marketing, social media, and analytics. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that spans across various digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, etc.). Align marketing objectives with overall business goals to enhance lead generation, conversion, and customer retention. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts, ensuring continuous improvements in keyword ranking, organic traffic, and domain authority. Partner with content and web development teams to implement SEO best practices and achieve visibility goals. Paid Advertising (SEM & Social) Manage paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target audiences effectively. Work with ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to develop and optimize ad strategies, measure KPIs, and deliver reporting insights. Content Marketing Guide content marketing strategy to produce relevant, engaging content that supports customer journey stages and brand storytelling. Oversee blog, whitepapers, case studies, and video content creation, working closely with content creators and designers. Social Media Marketing Lead social media strategy to drive brand engagement, foster community, and generate leads.
