THE OYSTER BANK $12-$15/hour Responsibilities include: Taking customers' orders Preparing drinks Serving food and drinks to customers Cashiering Basic housekeeping duties Perform the standard operational procedures (SOP) as stated in the outlet operation manual, and achieve the smooth running of the outlet Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor Perks: Monthly free dishes and/or drinks 15% discount for all part timers F&B incentives for 30 hours and 50 hours of service per month Cash incentive of $100 for 100 hours of service per month Referral fee of $100 to be given upon successful referral of another part timer upon his/her completion of 100 hours of service Staff meal provided after shifts Invitation to outlet’s tasting and training sessions Requirements: Excellent Attitude Committed to service excellence and delighting all our guests Team Player Commit to at least 3 months of work Take up at least 1 shift per week (min. 1 Fri/Sat/Sun shift each week) Thrive in a fast paced environment
