About the Role As a Quality Engineer (Manual Testing), you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate system functionality, identify defects, and contribute to continuous improvement in quality engineering practices. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test cases based on business requirements and user stories • Validate software functionality to ensure alignment with expected behavior and project objectives • Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers for timely resolution • Analyze test results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement • Participate actively in team discussions, offering insights and solutions to testing-related challenges • Contribute to the enhancement of testing methodologies, frameworks, and quality standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders • Share knowledge and best practices to support team capability building and overall delivery excellence Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • Proven experience in manual testing and software quality assurance • Strong understanding of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) principles and testing methodologies • Experience in test case design, defect tracking, and test execution • Familiarity with quality control (QC) and application quality analysis processes • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a collaborative team environment Preferred Qualifications (Optional) • Experience in Agile or Scrum delivery environments • Exposure to test ma
