Well Established Company (Medical Device) Basic $6500 to $7500 + AWS + VB Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: Boon Lay (West) Singapore Medical and Dental Insurance 21 days of Annual Leave Key responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding Oversee monthly payroll processing, compensation & benefits administration, insurance matters, and statutory compliance Support HR operations across Singapore and coordinate HR matters with China and Vietnam offices Partner closely with department managers and key stakeholders to resolve HR operational and employee-related matters Review, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary issues, and employee engagement activities Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports and manpower statistics Support HR process improvement initiatives and HR system enhancements Oversee office administration, travel arrangements, work pass applications, and vendor management Liaise with external service providers, government agencies, and business partners About you Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent 5 years of HR experience with strong hands-on exposure to HR operations and payroll administration Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required Experience supporting regional HR operations will be an advantage Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compensation & benefits, and Singapore Employment Act Good stakeholder management and employee relations skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Candidates are encouraged to apply thisposition via Apply Now button with the following information in theresume Workexperiences and job responsibilities Current andExpected salary Reason forleaving Date ofavailability Educationbackground We regret that only shortlisted candi
