Job Description: Lead the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules using Primavera P6 for multiple projects. Prepares contract programmes, including high level summary programmes for presentation purposes. Reviews contract conditions so as to highlight onerous provisions, conflicts and discrepancies and to propose recommendations to mitigate risks. Monitors the progress of the construction programme and determines the delay events and their impacts. Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and related contractual submissions. Prepares progress reports and progress audits, including S-Curves, progress trackers and programming health checks. Prepares detailed commissioning programmes. Prepares recovery programmes and presentations summarising key recovery strategies. Prepares baseline schedule which includes resource loading and cost loading. Provides advice on post-contract claims, reviews, disputes and litigation on programming. Other ad-hoc duties by Management assigned from time to time. Job Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent. Minimum 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction projects. Hands-on experience with Primavera. Strong knowledge of project controls, critical path analysis, delay analysis methodologies, and EOT claim preparation. Proven experience managing complex project schedules and interfacing with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Good team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Sound understanding of work execution in relation to methodology, timeframes, productivity.
