About the Role We are looking for a highly technical, customer-obsessed Lead Solution Engineer to join our global technical operations team. This is a premier role designed for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of deep technical problem-solving and direct client consultation. While you will support our diverse, global network of premium publishers, you will also serve as the critical technical lead for our rapidly expanding Brazilian market. You won't be hiding behind a ticketing system; you will be the face of our technical expertise, working directly with our customers to solve their most complex technical challenges and seamlessly guide them through the adoption of our advanced ad-tech products. Because of this strategic focus, native or professional fluency in Portuguese is required, alongside excellent English communication skills to bridge the gap between our Brazilian customers and our global internal teams. Core Responsibilities 1. Customer-Facing Problem Solving & Adoption Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical escalation point for our premium global publishers. Dive deep into code, network traffic, and ad server configurations to diagnose and resolve integration issues. Brazilian Market Champion: Serve as the trusted technical partner for our Brazilian customers, leading implementation calls, troubleshooting sessions, and product walkthroughs fluently in Portuguese.
