As we develop a new facility in Singapore, we are looking for a sharp, hands-on Office Manager to support the company in driving operational excellence from the ground up within our Singapore office. --- THE ROLE This is a high-impact, hands-on role that spans office administration, human resources, vendor coordination, stakeholder liaison, and basic financial reporting. You will be the operational backbone of the office - keeping things running smoothly, anticipating needs before they arise and solving problems independently. In an SME manufacturing environment, no two days are alike, and we need someone who thrives in that dynamic environment. --- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Administration & Office Management • Oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities coordination, and vendor management • Develop and maintain office SOPs, filing systems, and administrative workflows • Coordinate with government agencies, building management, and service providers • Track and follow-up on action items, deadlines and deliverables across multiple workstreams • Handle procurement of office supplies and manage contracts with vendors HR & People Operations • Manage end-to-end recruitment administration (job postings, scheduling, offer letters) • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for all staff • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with MOM regulations and Employment Act requirements • Administer payroll inputs, CPF submissions, and leave management Finance & Reporting • Prepare and maintain basic financial records including accounts payable/receivable tracking • Process invoices, expense claims, and staff reimbursements • Assist in monthly financial reporting and cash flow monitoring • Liaise with external accountants and auditors for statutory compliance • Support the GM with budget trac
