Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated marketing and sales operations personnel who will oversee our company's strategic marketing efforts and sales operation workflow. In this role, you will partner with our CCO to develop a detailed marketing strategy, building awareness and positioning for our company's brands and products as well as overseeing company conferences, trade shows and major events. You will manage the sales operation workflow, partnering with the Business Development managers on pipeline management, post PO sales processes, as well as associated sales reporting. Role Descriptions Partner closely with Business Development team to understand the market challenges and growth goals and build a multidimensional marketing strategy to support the overall business objectives. Support the product marketing function, partnering with Products and Business Development team to convey the professionalism and differentiation of our product offerings. Leveraging support from business team, drive competitive analysis, develop 4P market intelligence strategies and support cross-channel sales campaigns include: events, email programs, account-based marketing, digital marketing and 3rd party programs to help team to achieve sales KPIs. Lead the planning, development and implementation of effective marketing communication campaigns, including managing campaigns on social media, in line with go-to-market strategy. Develop and maintain quality and up-to-date marketing collaterals including brochures, letters, intranet and website. Manage the marketing leads funnel through multiple channels including email, website, social media, tradeshows, events and warm introductions. Undertake research into clients and prospects and produce related reports. Design, implement and oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
