Job Description
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand and document business needs, business requirements and flows related to the Authority’s public services and application systems; • Review business rules and service journeys, gathering requirement specifications, engaging stakeholders, creating user journey maps and wireframes, and providing support on updates to the Authority; • Develop user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and create detailed process maps to visualize, understand and streamline current workflows and business processes; • Review design specifications and project deliverables (e.g. monthly project report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports, application design/code) to ensure the completeness for the Authority’s acceptance; • Understand and review source codes from vendor(s) for deployment; • Support and review on-site acceptance and System Integration Testing (SIT); • Facilitate and support User Acceptance Test (UAT) and trainings for users; • Conduct technical review and assessment of End of Support (EOS) upgrade proposals before making recommendations to the Authority; • Coordinate, facilitate and support any audit to be conducted by the Authority’s appointed auditor(s) on the system; • Project management and governance, ensuring performance and fulfilment of contractual obligations by the Authority’s appointed contractor managing the collection system. • Provide maintenance and technical operations support for the Authority’s • Reviewing impact analysis of all system modifications or new requirements on the functionality, performance, and security of the systems • Work closely with external parties, ICT providers or government agencies for the operational and maintenance works and new initiatives/enhancements of the Authority’s systems; • Performing hands-on development as part of exploration of new technologies/products and automation of existing processes; • Particip
